Every time I get in this weird "I am not in the mood for this book" feeling...I resort to fantasy...I am not sure if that's going to work this time but I have lined up these three...all different age levels...all involving Magic and grimoires and fantasy!
"Grayling's mom has been turned into a tree...Grayling has to rescue her"
" a high stakes fantasy with allusions to Pride And Prejudice"
"Romance, weaponry, battles and plot twists"
So that's my stack and I am sticking to it!
Hugs,
Patty
You can have all the fantasy and I'll take all the memoirs.
ReplyDeleteThat's why our relationship works!
DeleteI hope you are able to cool off now...with AC functioning.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your books.
It's so delightful...we don't hear the AC anymore and we are very cool!
DeleteHope that does the trick!
ReplyDeleteMe, too!
DeleteI read a little bit of everything these days, thanks to my bloggy friends! It's been a while since I've read a good fantasy, though. I think I'm more of a "realism" reader!
ReplyDeleteI think I am that way, too, but I do love really good fantasy.
DeleteI think I am that way, too, but I do love fantasy!
DeleteI hope they do the trick! Have a lovely holiday weekend :)
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteI kind of do that too! I think with fantasy, anything goes and anything can happen. I think our expectations are more open than having certain requirements in the modern world settings.
ReplyDeleteIt worked for me this time!
