Our summer has been so weird...we have had way too many wet and dreary days! We bought a beautiful black and white striped rug for the deck at the beginning of the summer and it has spent most of its outdoor life wet! The sectional cushions have spent their summer in bins...so sad! Our rug looks awesome with our green deck pillows...I stare at it from our sunroom...sigh!

I actually bought jeans with holes. Actually jean leggings...Hue...very comfy!

I made Zucchini Parmesan...I used Jennie's recipe from In Jennie's Kitchen. It's pretty much sauce, cheese and zucchini. Sliced and baked...I used every cheese I had and it was so amazing...thank you Jennie! Photos are Jennie's!

ReplyDeleteI love distressed jeggings on other people but am not sure I can pull them off. I bought some kind of skinny jeans a few weeks ago and I feel self conscious when I wear them.

I love zucchini; it is great in so many things. Years ago, I had a garden, and our zucchini and tomato crops flourished. We made a lot of dishes with both. Yum!

Miss Lucy is holding her own! She is eating and we zip her to the vet once or twice a week for fluids. That seems to perk her up, too! Plus Roxie watches her every move! If Lucy seems still for a while...Roxie pokes her...to make sure she is still breathing!
