It's On To The Next One!

Reading this...it's light and breezy and hopefully everyone's issues can be handled easily. Plus I am totally in love with the house on the cover...totally!

Food...

I yearn to make pasta with homemade sauce...more peasant bread...a big salad...but I am still tired/fatigued. I want a piece of cake, too! This cake is what I want! Pile on the berries!

So now I am second guessing what I should read. I hate when I do that. And something is making crawling noises in our vaulted bedroom wall...those same walls that were so comforting yesterday now house a wild animal! Slightly freaking out here.

I am home alone!

Yikes!

Our closet leads to the attic which leads to the wild animal!

OMG!

Lucy and Roxie will have no clue how to protect themselves either. It will be up to me! Here they are discussing the problem with the only solution being me!

The three of us might not move until Den returns.

Hugs,

Patty

  1. OMG! I hate hearing animals in the walls.

I love the look of that book, though. Enjoy, and stay away from the closet.😊

  2. Oh no; I'm sorry you have to hear that creepy noise. I hope it's just a field mouse foraging for food. Keep that closet door closed and watch some TV or a good movie to drown out the noise.

  3. Wait, are the cats upset by the noise? If they aren't, you're safe :)

    1. They don't appear to be bothered by it...they are assured by us!

  4. Good luck with the animal - we had a squirrel in our attic in Charlotte and it was a mess. I hope you're back to normal soon.

  5. Sorry if the wild animal frightens the three of you, but I had to smile when you said Lucy and Roxie will have you take care of it! I think Den will take care of it... I think Patty and the kitties will snuggle and read, and wait for him to deal with the noise in the wall :)

  6. Patty, I hope it is just your imagination. I can't imagine an animal getting into your house. Den is pretty good about securing things. Relax. Stay out of the closet and Super-Den will take care of it! Hugs!
