That's sort of a joke for me...lol...Den is out mowing for the first time this season! So exciting! We are entering that once a week mow, trim, water, and sweep phase...oops...I almost forgot the taking Aleve and complaining part! These are my sounds of Spring!
Reading this...it's intense! It's fast paced! It's really really riveting!
The girls were not bothering any of my pencils or books until today...when they became incredibly fascinated with them!
Life with Tonks!
Happy Wednesday!
Oh, that's a book that I want to read- The Ember in the Ashes. I read a little bitty preview of it from the bookstore. I like her writing style.
ReplyDeleteThose photos of the kitties are so cute! My dogs and cats have smelled my cup of pencils but don't bother them. Perhaps my living home is so cluttered that they consider it just part of the landscape :) Enjoy your day.
Roxie has started to bite the pencils so I may have to put them away!
DeleteCarl doesn't complain about yard work anymore because we've hired someone to do it! lol They were supposed to come today to mow, mulch, and trim bushes but it poured rain. The girls want to color too!
ReplyDeleteYes, they do! Doesn't it look as though Lucy is choosing a color?
DeleteWe aren't ready for lawn mowing yet- but it is coming. So glad you are loving The Ember in the Ashes- I have heard great things about it. :)

It's yummy!
DeleteAdorable photos of the kitties exploring...and that lawn tractor reminds me of when I had the house in the foothills....we had a huge bit to mow. Thanks for sharing, and have fun with those coloring pencils.
ReplyDeleteI am not sure I could sit still long enough to colour like that.,..but it is so pretty!
