Den worked all day yesterday and had a party after work so today is sort of a play day. I am reading and blogging while Den watches Fury...I am glancing up at it every once in a while and it's intense...too intense for me. We are making linguini and turkey meatballs for dinner. I say we because now Den helps! It's so much fun! It's like having a friend over all the time...the friend who does everything you want them to do! I can get him to open cans and chop stuff and wash pots...he is the sous chef of my dreams!
Cooking...
Coloring...I am mildly obsessed with coloring...I am an outliner and a filler inner...lol...
I have a coloring buddy! But we had to establish colored pencil rules...lol!
Plus I had to buy Den a more masculine coloring book...lol...
Just for Den...lol...

Linguini sounds delicious! I love the idea of getting one of those coloring books, but I just don't think I actually have time to relax and enjoy it.
ReplyDeleteI think the key is keeping them out...mine are in the sunroom...right next to and open to the kitchen...so if I am waiting for something or have a few moments...I stop drop and color! Lol!

ReplyDeleteWhat fun. When Bill is home, I am usually his kitchen assistant. He is an amazing gourmet cook.Seriously. He is a longtime fan of Food Network and Cooking Channel, including Mario Batali, Emeril, etc. He can cook anything. He is Hungarian, and was raised in the kitchen.
