“A harrowing exploration of desire and obsession, In Wilderness sends two people into a physical and psychological wilderness that becomes stranger and more terrifying the deeper they go.”—Christina Baker Kline, #1 New York Times bestselling author of Orphan Train...
And this...
“The story—the writing—stands out as some of the most original and dynamic work I’ve ever read. In Wilderness is an intensely powerful cat-and-mouse love story as gorgeous and brutal as its Appalachian mountain setting. I devoured every word.”—Carla Buckley, author of The Deepest Secret
I just spent a good part of my morning figuring out the stuff of our daily lives...I had a ton of Nordstrom Notes...love these...so I got this for $45.00!!! How could I have lived a happy life without a 5 1/2 quart braiser?
Then I had to figure out Costco Rewards...you get a voucher for cash back but being the first time users of Costco that we are...we had no clue what the voucher was!
Then I had to figure out how to put Target Gift Promos on my phone. Done...check...I am good!
Then Lucy needs another puffer and her prescription expired because she doesn't need those meds daily so we needed a phone call to the vet.
Then Den and I needed hair appointments.
Then Lucy needed a cold laser appointment...another phone call to the vet.
Then Den needed shaving cream and under eye cream...back to Nordstroms online for that...
Then Den had to stop to get a few things for dinner...making this big salad...
Apparently life is not complicated for these two!
And our lives are uncomplicated again...for now!
Happy Tuesday!
Oh, how I hate taking care of all that little stuff like that.
ReplyDeleteOh, they rest assured that you are taking care of all the complicated stuff for them! Bliss....
ReplyDeleteAh, to sleep the sleep of kitties! They look so contented while you run around and do all those little errands that make up daily life. The book you are reading looks really good, despite being so sad.
ReplyDeleteLots of chores got done! Sounds like you got it all taken care of- which is awesome. I like to do all those types of things at once. :)
