Here is the last of the tagged posts...actually...I am kind of sorry to see them go...
They have a beautiful blog...they love nature and children and every Monday they post a very thought provoking riddle. They have even written a book which I will be writing about next week!!!
I love reading their posts.
Plus they are really polite...
I love polite!!!
They pose great bookish questions when they talk about books. I love bookish questions.
Here are the questions that they tagged me with...
1. When did you start blogging?
I started this blog...excursion...experiment...frightening adventure...about two years ago when my mom and dad died suddenly and I was very very sad and orphaned.
2. What is your favorite food?
I am half Italian...Southern Italian...so I love fresh pasta...and veggies... I have to eat pasta at least once a week.
3. What is your favorite book from
childhood?
childhood?
Hmmm...I loved anything Nancy Drew...I still have a set of originals that used to be my cousin Louise's. I want to sell them for a new huge comfy sofa.
Sorry, Louise, you threw them out.
4. Best concert you have ever attended or what concert would you like to attend?
Don Henley from the original Eagles...loved it...but there were bugs in the restrooms...but I have a dream to go to a Billy Idol concert in a vineyard in Napa...I am Billy Idol obsessed.
5. PC or Mac?
PC but I am more hooked on my iPad...seriously hooked.
6. Where do you buy or get most of the books you read?
Amazon, NetGalley, Publishers, and surprises in the mail!!!
7. If you could be friends with any character from a book, who would you be friends with?
Jacob...I want to run on the beach and hang with the werewolves.
8. Favorite holiday?
Christmas with Halloween running a close second.
9. A book you think everyone should read?
Hmmm...The Help or Hunger Games or The Enormous Crocodile or Sideways Stories From Wayside School...love all of these...
10. If you could have one wish, what would it be?
I want a house in Portland, Maine and Telluride and San Francisco and Santa Fe and an apartment in NYC and Asheville...plus I want to win the lottery so that I can give every sibling 2 million dollars...at least... depending on what we win.
I also want Lucy Grace to not kill a potential new kitten...I already have him named...Winston Oliver or Oliver Winston...but I just don't have the kitten yet and I haven't mentioned this to Lucy Grace...we are waiting for just the right time. Or we are hoping to sneak him into the house and hoping she doesn't really notice...until he follows her around and she realizes what a good thing Winnie will be in her life. She needs to learn to share her stuff and me.
I can't just choose one thing...can you tell?
11. Favorite beverage?
Icy cold fizzy water...Poland Springs or Pelligrino...lots of rocks and lemon or lime.
Whew...all done...but if you see this post twice I either didn't save or it didn't post when I set it to post...
sorry...
hopefully it will only appear once.
IS Lucy Grace your editor?
ReplyDeleteMy cat Miles is fierce and we were always afraid he'd kill any new pets who came home. He was so tough that he became the boss of our rotti!
But just last week he met a pokey puppy and didn't even hiss so may be there is hope! (Finally after 17 years;p)
I adore The Hunger Games! I've already got my reserved seat at the cinema for next month,ha
My husband is hooked on the iPad too and I hardly touch it.
ReplyDeleteI'd go with Winston Oliver... if you go the other way, his initial will be OW. Not good.
ReplyDeleteI loved reading your answers, Patty! So fun! I think your answer of Jacob is great. It would be fun to run on the beach with he and his fellow werewolves! I read every single Nancy Drew book as a child- I was obsessed! I found out so many great new things about you. Thanks for playing along. We love having your input on our posts. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat fabulous answers! I love Halloween, too and hope to win the lottery! A house in Maine by the water would be dreamy. What a gret place to write! Good luck with the new kitty and Lucy. I know how that can go. :) Love Don Henley and hope you get to see Billy Idol. Maybe when you win the lottery!
ReplyDeleteStephanie and I appreciate all the nice things you said about our blog. So glad you enjoy it!
