What that basically means is that he keeps his ears open and takes the extra step to reach out to someone who might be like Kyle. <br /><br />At first, I wasn't sure how I felt about it. I mean, it's an honor for sure, but that's a lot of pressure to put on a 12-year-old, but after training, it struck me that often all these kids needs is just someone to pull them out. A kind "Hello", or a "How's it going?" You know, just to show them that yes, they do exist.<br /><br />Kids do fall through the cracks sometimes.
