So...

I really disliked this book...that is all I am going to say about it...hmmm...well...maybe I will add how confusing it was and how much I hate time travel. I might hate time travel even more than flashbacks. And with that said...this cover is closed...

I read this...cute and funny...it kind of reminded me of another book but I can't think of the name of the other book.

And now I am reading this...it is starting out just a tad slow...

This week for me is filled with lots of medical tests...yuck! And my tummy still kind of hurts...double yuck! But I have some meds so that should help until I get a straitened out gut! I am all for a good gut!

Hugs,

Patty

  1. I haven't read enough time travel to know if I like it or not. Sorry the book was a stinker for you.

  2. I am not into flashbacks much, and I do not like time travel at all. I am sorry you have hit a weird book glitch, and even more sorry about medical tests. Are you sick? What is going on?

  4. The only time travel book I liked was Stephen King's 11/22/63. I am happy that I can cross The Square Root of Summer off my list.

I enjoyed one of McInerney's books, but I'll wait for your overall impressions of this one. I am tired of books that move slowly...lol.

  5. I've only read a couple of time travel books. I remember thinking (when I saw the movie Time Traveler's Wife) that I thought the book would be confusing. Didn't read it though.

  6. How to Party with an Infant? Does that mean partying WITH the infant or partying while the infant is asleep or being babysat?

  8. I don't mind time travel if it's done well but so often it gets a little corny and sometimes confusing too.
