Back With Books And Stuff!!!

This weekend was filled with football...football of all kinds! College football and professional football...whew! This is both good and bad.

Good because I literally read three books in their entirety...

This one was an accident. I read it...it was really good...but I didn't like it at all. I thought it was going to be similar to the Tom Hanks movie? But it was not like that at all.

This one? First time author...yummy cozy Southern mystery...it was great fun! Plus it has recipes!
This one...OMG...this was a beautiful middle grade book. Sweet, sad, just beautifully written. Main character Suzy...quirky, odd, not really popular. She has had one best friend for all of her life and suddenly her friend is turning away from her. Franny gives her reasons but ultimately Suzy is just not one of the cool kids...it's really heartbreakingly sad. Something really terrible happens and Suzy becomes obsessed with jellyfish...it starts out as a science project but becomes so much more. The help of a great teacher and a classmate with ADHD...get Suzy on back on track.
New books!
Family saga...
Dystopian! Urban! Paranormal! YA!

YA physical and emotional abuse!

Fantasy!
Historical! Family saga!
Science fiction! Space opera! Suspense!
I am not making any kind of reading plan this week!
Starting this in moments I think!
Historical...thriller...suspense! Yum!
Have an awesome Monday!
