Favorites!

Favorite new chicken recipe...so delicious! This one is from Barefeet In The Kitchen...it's Southwest in nature and so good you just might crave it...there is no breading...the coating is seasonings like chili spices and cumin and garlic powder and more. It was cooked in s any tablespoon of coconut oil and was yummy!

Favorite new salad...figs and tortellini...oh my! This one comes from The Kitchn!

Favorite new sweatery thing...from Swell! I will wear pants, though! Lol...

Favorite new booties...I have been stepping out in these and I love them! My Minnetonka Fringe Booties!

Favorite new pumpkin...from Melissa's...it's called a Porcelain Doll Pumpkin!

Favorite book...the one I am mostly reading now!

Happy Reading!

  6. Patty, I browsed through your week of posts, to last Saturday...I must say your sincere and sweet post had me shedding 'tears' about your dear departed Mom! So adorable, caring, and independent nature!

As far as the chocolate sauce for the Gundel Palacsinta...you were right on the 'spot'...as you may have noticed, I lightened up the crepes, and the sauce for my friend, and it was so much more enjoyable. The original recipe for the chocolate sauce is 'way tooo rich, and heavy'...although, no one complained in my family about it! Like I mentioned in my blog...three of us adults ate that particular portion. The kids just love the crepes even by itself...right out of the skillet, still warm with a drizzle of the chocolate sauce!
