No Bloggiesta For Me!

Reasons why...

I can't take part in a festival that I can't pronounce.

I don't want to change anything on my blog...I just now have it the way I want it.

I truly don't even understand what it is.

So...

with that said...

Happy Saturday!

We are gong to finish mulching...Den has to mow...Lucy has a play date...I have to read...and I feel like making lasagna!

My new Halloween Table Runner and Napkins from Pinterest!

TGIF?

I think I finally bought something Lucy likes to wear...she seems to like head wraps...lol. We barely needed to restrain her!

Finally finished this...the last 100 pages were a blur...this book was that good!

I need something mystical...something light...with a teensy bit of danger, a little pinch of scary...and...hmmm...some unrequited angst filled love wouldn't hurt at all...it's pouring rain...I am stuck inside...and tired of Fall Organization!

Ok...settling on this...I have set in place a new plan...alternating one of my own books for every review book I read...and whatever gets done...gets done!

Loving my new plan...I think!

Who Knew...And My First Slow Reading Week Ever!

It's incredible to me but...I am still reading this! It is so good...Dystopian NYC...wealthy people live up high in the sky...unfortunates live down low...and there is no land down low...water footpaths, bridges, gondolas...and oh yes...Mystics...who get captured and drained when the way up high people need electricity. There is a lot more to it than that but it is told so deliciously that I am lost in this world. I had a nightmare about Lucy escaping and racing on one of the footpaths while I tried to find her...OMG!

My newest addiction...peanut butter M&M's? I despise peanut butter in candy and I love these...what is happening to me?

My Halloween candy supply is dwindling...I should have bought stuff I really didn't like!

Bad news for me...I have until Oct.13th to read millions of review books...I am not sure I will succeed.

Looks so manageable, doesn't it...but the ones I am freaking out over are all the egalleys...yikes!

Whew...I feel so much better...hitting one more itty bitty bag...fun sized...of M&M's...and waiting to choose more books from Amazon Vine!

Lol...

I Think I Am Over Stimulated...By Fall!

Here are my reasons...

I already bought Halloween candy. It's in a basket ready for trick or treaters!
I keep buying massive pots of mums.
I put scarecrows in with my mums.
I am drawn to anything orange!
I bought Halloween stickers...for me...but Lucy got stuck in a few of them!
I have made pumpkin muffins once and pumpkin pudding twice.
I just ordered pumpkin k-cups of coffee.
I bought 5 real pumpkins...so far.
Lucy has two Halloween hats!
I made three soups and one stew last week.

Whew...

A Really Fun Sunday...

We did trek to Emmaus to the Farmers's Market..it was a fall festival...happy veggie buying people...I swear there was a bit of a tug o' war over fresh green beans!

We bought breads and vegetables and apples and pears and cider and eggs and buffalo burgers...that part was sad...and we bought a very happy yummy apple pie which became dinner last night while we tried to watch the boring Emmy's!

Books that tumbled into my house last week...here are a few...

Fantasy?

Revenge?

Scary?

Page turner?

Family?

Mystery?

Have I sad this before?

I love Fall and this amazing weather!

Off to Target...we have no paper towels!

Does anyone else hate select-a-size?

We love two teams...Eagles and Broncos!

Lucy loves only one!

Off to Emmaus!

Have a great Sunday!
